Bruno Cilio is the founder of Cilio & Partners, P.C.

Mr. Cilio is a graduate of the University of Naples (Where he received his J.D.) of the Conservatory of Music D. Cimarosa in Avellino, Italy, and holds a Master Degree in Comparative Law from Pace University School of Law.

He is a member of the Italian and New York Bars and is admitted to practice before the US. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Cilio has worked as a business and corporate attorney in Italy and New York. Cilio & Partners specializes in assisting European businesses and individual investors in the United States. The Firm also assists U.S. entities doing business in Europe directly or through its affiliated law offices.

Mr. Cilio serves on the Foreign, Corporate and International Law Committees of the New York County Lawyer's Association, and on the Young Executive Committee of IACC.
